I bought some of the Calphalon Contemporary as a gift and the only thing I felt I was missing was a griddle, so I had to order this one from Amazon. This griddle pan has been wonderful. I use it for everything! Most times, I just wash it and put it right back on the cooking stove since I know I’ll be needing it again right away. I can fit 6-8 pieces of bacon on it at a time, 4 pieces of toast, or 4 rather large pancakes. It’s a dream become a if you fix breakfast often.
